Online proctoring tools have become a default for online courses, but they routinely cause problems for the very students they claim to serve: software crashes mid-exam, false flagging for cheating, hours of wait time, invasive ID checks, and surprise charges.

ProctorProblems exists so students can report what's happening, see they're not alone, and put real numbers behind a problem the industry has gotten away with brushing off as one-offs.

Anyone can submit a report — anonymously or with an account. Evidence (screenshots, screen grabs) is stored privately and only ever reviewed by site admins; it is never shown publicly.
