Couldn't take exam browser wouldn't launch

When I tried to take my exam through proctor u the hesi secure browser would not launch. The proctor tried multiple different ways to launch the secure browser, but it ultimately failed every time. I was unable to take my final exam and it resulted in a zero and an F in the class.
